With that, if you are interested to check out these events, take a look at our guide on how you can survive it during Malaysia’s unpredictable weather:
Bring an umbrella
Since it’s the rainy season and most of these events are outdoors, you might want to bring either bring an umbrella or a raincoat. You wouldn’t want to get caught in the rain and catch a cold!
Check for parking
These events are so popular, it’s going to be crowded with people with limited parking spaces, especially the Artbox event. Or skip the hassle and take the public transport instead.
Carry a waterproof bag pack
Rain will soak and destroy everything. Unless you don’t mind getting your personal belongings wet, carry a waterproof bag with you to these events. It’ll protect your camera, phone and important items in your bag.
Wear shorts (if it’s not haram for you)
You don’t want to get that brand new pants of yours soaking wet, or worst, with mud! If you can, wear shorts instead, it’s easy and comfortable to wear regardless rain or shine.
Keep em’ feet comfortable
Try not to wear heels or wedges at crowded events, as you’ll be standing and walking a lot. Your feet might just hurt and it’ll totally spoil your mood from enjoying the entire event. Go with slippers, sandals and sneakers instead.
