British Singer Zak Abel Talks About Female Orgasm In “You Come First”
Recently, we got the chance to meet Moroccan-English singer/songwriter Zak Abel who came all the way from England, just a few days after the release of his latest single, “You Come First”. It was fun to converse with the 23-year-old musician, whose real name is Zak David Zilesnick, as he shared about life, relationship issues as well as his current project, among other things.
When speaking about the track, Zak Abel said, “This song is about priorities. It’s about putting your lover first – a matter very close to my heart. I’m so happy that Saweetie is on the track. She completely understood where I was coming from and the feel of the track, subsequently killing her verse.“
This funky pop track is undeniably catchy thanks to its recurring whistle tune, with Zak trying to convince someone that they come first, pleading to that special girl to, “Let me give you what you deserve“.
The song sounds innocent enough upon the first listen, but when you focus on the lyrics, you’ll understand that it has an underlying erotic theme with many sexual references.
Basically, it is all about putting your partner’s needs before your own with a sexy chorus that goes, “So let me go down, you don’t even need to ask me. I’mma go round, ’til you’ve had enough.” He continued, “You know that it makes me happy, hearing you loud, when you feel my love.”
Aww, looks like chivalry is still alive.
I will allow it just this once https://t.co/ieJpZmCWyU

In light of this, we’d like to ask, how many of you has a man that actually care about cunnilingus? For an activity that relies heavily on using the mouth, people don’t talk enough about oral sex, at least not when it comes to pleasuring women. It’s a *sensitive* subject, we get it. But all that silence leaves a lot of unanswered questions, questions that deserve good attention.
Why? Orgasms are just as important to a woman’s health as using dental floss. You want to experience them to their fullest, but you can’t do that unless your partner knows about what exactly a female orgasm is, how to reach your climax, and what happens to your body when it experiences a head-to-toe kind of sensation.
Health benefits of female orgasm
A longer, happier life
Aside from feeling changes throughout the whole body, it was found that those who had two or more orgasms a week had a 50% lower mortality risk than those who had less-frequent orgasms. And those who had higher senses of well-being also had a stronger sex drive and overall higher quality of life. This kinda makes sense when you think about it, considering that happier people tend to live longer.
Forget expensive anti-ageing creams
Post-sex glow is a real thing. When we orgasm, increased blood flow to the skin causes blood vessels to open up, giving the face a flushed look. Over time, regular orgasms can help the blood to carry important nutrients to the skin, improving your complexion. In fact, achieving orgasms three times a week can even make you look 10 years younger.
Relieves headaches and increase pain threshold
A study has found that climax provide excellent pain relief as it could lessen headaches in 60% of migraine sufferers. What’s more, several studies have shown that orgasms can increase your pain threshold, helping to relieve a variety of ailments, from migraines to rheumatoid arthritis.
Sex is the best way to prevent the common cold
Past research has shown that achieving an orgasm boosts your immune system, and that those who had sex once or twice a week may have 30% higher immunoglobulin levels. Just maybe don’t have sex when you’re sick to avoid from spreading those germs around.
You may lose weight & reduce heart attack risks
Not only that, frequent orgasm, whether with a partner or solo, has been connected to a smaller hip and waist circumference for both men and women. On top of feeling fierce AF, that also means gettin’ busy can help lower your risk for serious health issues like heart disease and type 2 diabetes.
Therefore, it’s a fair assertion that guys should go down on their girls, or will at least suck it up for a few minutes downtown. Much to our surprise, some men would even feel disappointed when they have really given their all for a long time and it just wouldn’t happen. As a result, the partner will say things like: “Oh, I never come from that,” to make the guys feel better.
The reality is, EVERYONE can come from cunnilingus. You just need to be comfortable, and help him to help you by guiding him through the process. Delivery matters too — you can’t just be like, “This is bad and you should feel bad!” Tell your man what to do or simply put your hands on his head and give him physical directions.
There’s no doubt that some guys out there will decline from performing oral sex, such as DJ Khaled who basically revealed that he refuses to go down his wife, since he believes that he is the “king” in their marriage. Well, king or no king, everyone deserves to experience a full on orgasmic pleasure, regardless of their gender.
With that said, in case your partner thinks the same way, perhaps you could trigger his interest to do so by making him listen to this important PSA by Zak Abel. Alternatively, if that is still not a possibility, you don’t have to wait him to achieve orgasm! Just do it yourself, girlfriend.
