1. Cat & Elena Backlashed For Asking Travel Donations To Aid Mental Health

We could write a long text about mental health or global warming. We could tell you about following your dreams, or how important stepping out of your comfort zone is. We could tell you how beautiful traveling is, and it’s benefits, or the fact that most news don’t match reality. But we’re going to show you!  Less talking more action. Starting on the 20th of July in the middle of Germany, on a tandem, me and Eli  will cycle towards Africa, and hopefully beyond. We want to take you all on this huge adventure. A celebration of life, as we ride freely across mountains, by the sea and through metropolitans. We will show the beauty of this planet and it’s inhabitants, but also the ugliness. But we can not do this on our own. We need you! The funds we raise will go towards the bike and gear, food and accommodation (when needed), internet and SIM cards in every country to keep you up to date, insurance, emergencies. We need funds now for preparation as well as throughout our trip. Every dollar, every message, every couch or garden for our tent, any help you can offer will help us go further.  We hope you all enjoy and learn with us. TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE another beautiful day with love Cat and Eli Link in bio Or paypal [email protected]

All because they believe they are able to impact someone’s life. According to the Daily Telegraph, “Some will just tell us to get jobs, like everyone else and stop begging. But when you have the impact we do on others’ life, getting a job is not an option.”

They added, “We could model and make fast money, but we don’t want to advertise consumerism.” Not only that, Cat’s mum is apparently working two jobs too just help the couple out.

Posting to their Instagram, Calalin Onc and wife, Elena Engelhardt are planning to cycle from Germany to Africa to show fans their adventure. For their trip, they’ll need to raise $16k for the bike, gear, food, accommodation, internet, SIM cards in every country (to keep us up to date), insurance and emergencies.

Following their request, the couple received some ugly messages on their funding. They’ve since raised $743 (RM 308).

In an exposé piece by the Taylor Lorenz from the Atlantic, she revealed fashion influencer Marissa Casey Fuchs spon-con wedding proposal. This comes after she obtained the full deck of the supposedly surprised scavenger-hunt-style engagement proposal.

Word got out that several brand marketers received a PDF of a pitch deck with all the details. Describing the proposal as one of a kind proposal, she even posted a video of her fiancee surprising her with the engagement.

Gosh, we feel so cheated! Supposed the brands are okay with this, the fans are definitely not.

3. Natalie Schlater Privates Account After Narcissistic Comment Over Bali Bikini Post

The Swedish social media influencer has set her account to private after getting called out for posting a bikini photo and comparing herself to a rice farmer in Canggu, Bali. She captioned the photo, “Thinking about how different my life is from the man picking in the rice field every morning.”

After being called “narcissistic”, Natalie updated the caption apologising that she never intended to be disrespectful and was sorry if she had hurt anyone’s feelings.
